Provide and install a new main electrical switchboard to replace the existing electrical switchboard which has deteriorated over recent years to the extent that it is now considered to be reaching the end of its useful economic life. Deterioration of the switchboard has been exacerbated by the damp environment in the basement.
⢠Reduce the humidity in the basement, where the switchboard is to be mounted, by means of a thermostatically controlled electric tubular heater, which shall be installed as part of the works
