c) Identifying and measuring the impact of the UK Seafood Fund on:
I. Delivery against scheme objectives
II. Direct recipients
III. Wider benefits.
d) Identifying both positive and negative outcomes of UK Seafood Fund delivery as the programme proceeds, to inform recommendations on how these could be magnified.
e) Collection of process learning on how the UK Seafood Fund is implemented and (where feasible within timescales) generating recommendations on how to:
I. Improve processes for managing the UK Seafood Fund as the programme proceeds
II. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of future applications to the UK Seafood Scheme.
III. Improve outcome and impact delivery through the UK Seafood Fund.
