Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to appoint a panel of experienced cultural photographers and videographers. They will assist in creating animated, dynamic and engaging commercial content that is in line with our brand in order to record and promote the work of the Culture Service.
TWBC's Cultural Services team are located across the following sites:

⢠The Wesley Centre
⢠The Assembly Hall Theatre
⢠The Amelia
⢠Ice Rink in Calverley Grounds
⢠Any other assets/cultural activity requested
Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement
Tender release: Tuesday 28th September 2021
Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Tuesday 19th October 2021
Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Tuesday 26th October 2021
Evaluation: w/c 1st November
Interviews: TBC after initial evaluation, to be held via Skype or Microsoft Teams
Appointment of panel: by 30th November 2021
