Yatton Parish Council are seeking quotes for stage 2 of the surfacing of the driveway and car park for a new cemetery. Planning approval 21/P/3199/FUL (24/P/1955/MMA application in progress to vary the material used for the top surfacing of the area).
The quote specification is for the top surfacing of the area is as follows:
The driveway and car park total area approx 760m2.
To re-roll the existing prepared and edged area.
Lay terram membrane over prepared area.
Lay and screed 20mm clean limestone.
Install Bodpave 40 gravel grids.
Lay 20mm clean stone gravel or soil seeded with grass (please provide a cost for both these) to finish.
