The Council require one contractor to design and install residential sprinkler installations at the following locations, Linden Brook Respite Care Home and Halifax Borough Market (No.22,24,30,32,34 & 38 Market Street Balconies). The Halifax Borough Market is a Grade 2* listed building.
In addition the above works, the Council require the successful contractor to establish the practicality and feasibility of installing a sprinkler system at the Grade 2* listed Shibden Hall, full details are provided in the schedule of works.
It is a condition to tender that contractors attend an accompanied site visit, site visit dates will be made available via the YORtender Messaging Portal. The contract is JCT Minor works with Contractors Design.
