The Works will comprise of the following:

⢠Works with Dry Rot Sub Contractor and employ them under the contract to carry out treatment of dry rot.
⢠Replace damage trusses in the Main Hall which have been damaged by dry rot.
⢠Replace floor within Main Hall which has been damaged by dry rot
