Merseytravel requires a managed bureau service to encode, produce and distribute approximately 145,000 ITSO smartcard concessionary travel passes annually, for a 4-year period (with an optional 2 year extension) commencing in June 2019. Required services include ⢠Encoding, producing and distributing ITSO customer media devices; ⢠A flexible agreement for the supply of ITSO certified blank white DESFire cards; ⢠Secure data transfer in compliance with GDPR 2018 and Data Protection Law; ⢠Printing and distribution of personalised covering letters and information leaflets; and ⢠Stock management and control of all components of the contract including card media including issuing of ISRN numbers.
