H.M. Government of Gibraltar is inviting bids from economic operators to design, install, operate and maintain a PV Panel installation on the south eastern side of the airport apron. Remuneration will be via the sale of power generated by these panels through a power purchase agreement as specified in the Tender Documents.

Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO).
