The University of Sheffield wishes to appoint a company to provide the print and fulfilment of the university Alumni Magazine Package.

The Alumni Magazine Package consists of 1 magazine, 2 questionnaires, 2 outer envelopes, 3 return envelopes, a fundraising flyer, a carrier sheet and a membership card.

The services to be provided broadly cover:

Print and fulfilment of the University's annual alumni magazine as detailed below:

• Print the alumni magazine.
• Print fundraising flyer.
• Print alumni and non-alumni questionnaires.
• Print alumni membership card letter/questionnaire with degradable or recycled card and carrier sheet.
• Print pre-paid return envelope (for use in the UK).
• Print return envelope for US.
• Print return envelope for overseas.
• Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for UK and overseas.
• Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for US.
• Collate magazine and inserts dependant on specific segmentations.
• Distribute to all addressees in UK and overseas (data provided by the University).
