Leeds City Council is seeking a provider of digital marketing services to help us achieve our strategic goals for two business support programmes. The successful bidder will be responsible for supporting the AD:VENTURE Business Support Programme and the Digital Enterprise programme in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to engage new clients and the wider business community, which will include strategy development and maintenance, channel management, website optimisation and reporting.
