A procurement exercise to appoint a panel of finance companies to administer loans and grants for the new Bristol City Clean Air Zone. We ran a mini competition under Bath and North East Somerset's Vehicle Asset Finance framework. The successful finance companies will form the panel who will be responsible for setting up and managing loans and grants that Bristol City Council
(funded by JAQU/CAF) will be providing to those who are eligible for the CAZ financial support package in order to change to compliant vehicles.
