The service to be provided is an Interactive, bitesize course that are delivered virtually. The Course will focus on building resilience and managing emotional wellbeing for staff working within the care sector. It must also include opportunities for reflection of experiences throughout COVID19 and provide participants with the knowledge and experience to promote and maintain self-care and wellbeing for themselves and colleagues.
