Amongst a range of other work taking place to improve our diversity, the NGDP is looking for an external supplier to work with us to address this, through the development of:
â¢A Coaching/ Mentoring programme
â¢The development of a suite of resources aimed at supporting candidates, improving the candidate journey and discouraging drop out
â¢Any suitable proposal the supplier recommends that will support the NGDP team to create the best possible candidate journey for all applicants, and reduce adverse impact
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
