The Council is seeking tenders for professional services to undertake the project work necessary to design a scheme for the repair, conversion and extension of the consists of two separate graveyards - a Jewish Cemetery and a Dissenters or Congregationalist Cemetery. The tender seeks to appoint a principle Design Team to provide the professional services covering RIBA Stages; 4 Technical Design; 5 Construction; 6 Handover; and 7 In use).
