South Gloucestershire Council is looking for a supplier for the provision of Legionella Water Testing.
Suppliers will need to meet the legislative requirements of the Health & Safety Executive Approved Code of
Practice and Guidance on Regulations of the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems (ACoP) L8 and in particular Part 2 (HSG274): The Control of Hot and Cold Water ystems. The contract duration is for 3 years with the potential to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods (total contract length up to 5 years)
