This procurement is for a Delivery Support Partner (DSP) to work with the council led teams through the three-year implementation phase for the Shaping Places for Healthier Lives (SPHL) award programme.
The DSP will be expected to work and liaise with the LGA, The Health Foundation and an evaluation partner to ensure that the key objectives of the programme are met and local areas are supported to continually develop and implement their programme proposals.
