The Council wishes to procure a single point of access Advocacy Hub to provide a range of statutory and non-statutory advocacy services for adults and in some instances young people; some elements of the provision (Care Act and IMCA) will extend to young people undergoing transition between Children's and Adults Services as well as young carers. The Advocacy Hub will provide instructed and non-instructed advocacy. The Provider should ensure that it has a suitable range of advocates who are trained to support Customers across the different statutory and non-statutory requirements provided.
