The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services in respect of conducting an annual survey of Melton Borough Council tenants in a prescribed way. This is called the tenant satisfaction measures (TSM).
We have carried out our TSM survey for 2023/24 and are looking for surveys from 2024/25 onwards. From this tender we require the partner to complete:
⢠Project management, survey design, data export, sampling, and exclusions
⢠All Fieldwork in connection with completing the survey's
⢠Weighting of results, reporting, benchmarking, and key driver analysis.
The features of the regulatory survey include:
⢠A mixed method survey to be carried out on behalf of MBC.
⢠The survey could either be carried out mid-late September or on a quarterly basis throughout the year.
⢠Based on 1,800 surveyable households, MBC would need 317 valid responses in order to meet regulatory compliance therefore MBC wishes to carry out a full census approach to all 1,800 properties.
⢠The survey will include the 12 TSM questions (along with pre-qualifiers) and up to five additional questions - which may be open-ended questions. The inclusion and design of these additional questions would be at the discretion and direction of MBC.
