To examine service variation within the following mental health services (Children & Young People's Services, IAPT, Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis Response), SPT would like to complete a project to address the following question:
"For each of these mental health services, how can the Sussex ICS use a detailed understanding of service expenditure, activities, workforce and KPIs to: (i) understand variation in how the service is commissioned and delivered, and (ii) identify tangible improvement opportunities?"
