Cleaning Services DPS

Consortium Procurement (CP) is the central purchasing body of Northern Housing Consortium. CP procure PCR and EU compliant solutions on behalf of circa 400 public sector members across the UK, and are currently in the process of developing a Cleaning Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

We are seeking feedback from the supply market regarding our proposed solution, below are the categories we are considering to be included in the DPS:

• Cleaning - general, deep (i.e. carpets, floors, integral barrier mats), and specialist (i.e. IT equipment, decontamination, fogging)

• Window Cleaning - internal and external (including low and high rise)

• Building Exterior Cleaning (i.e. building fabric, guttering, pipework, fixtures/fittings/signage)

• Commercial Vehicle Cleaning (including specialist cleans, i.e. decontamination, fogging)

• Washroom Services - Supply and replenish (including paper towels and holders, toilet rolls and holders, hand wash and dispensers etc)

• Washroom Services - Sanitary bin provision and disposal, Nappy and Incontinence Waste bid provision and disposal

We would like to hear from suppliers regarding their thoughts on the above category listings and whether there are further categories we should look to include? Or does your organisation have a new service offering that hasn't been considered?
