The Authority invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Works to Clever Cloggs Nursery, Newport, Isle of Wight.
The works include relocation of modular building from Branstone, Sandown, Isle of Wight to Clever Cloggs, with associated works.
The works include moving a shed, creating a new concrete pad for the modular unit to sit on, connections to services as required, internal decorations and installation of artificial grass to an external play area.
Potential Suppliers are to note that the maximum budget for this project is £60,000. Potential Suppliers must submit a cost for the works as set out in the specification and in accordance with the Method Statements submitted by the Potential Supplier. The Authority is unable to consider any submission that is above the allocated budget given; however, Potential Suppliers are able to submit under the allocated budget.
