Gloucestershire Learning Disability and Physical Disability & Sensory Impairment Partnership Board Support; expert-by-experience co-chairing of the Gloucestershire Learning Disability Partnership Board, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment Partnership Board and related support .

Gloucestershires service providers, County Council staff, and partner organisations want to collaborate with people with disabilities and their carers as equal partners in the design development commissioning delivery monitoring and review of support and services Partnership Boards are one method to help commissioners to facilitate this ambition. It is expected that the Provider will deliver the service in a manner that demonstrates good practice in relation to; and embeds the principals of co-production.

The Council and Integrated Care Board is commissioning an organisation or consortium of organisations to provide an effective Learning Disability Partnership Board Co Chair and an administrative function for both the Learning Disability Partnership Board and Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment Partnership Board with a view to developing further its scope and reach within Gloucestershire This delivery will involve collaboration with both the Council National Health Services and the wider statutory and voluntary and community sectors The two Partnership Boards will remain independent from each other but will work collaboratively where relevant
