Manchester City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Planned & Preventative Maintenance including Reactive Repairs together with Small Works utilising a Measured Term Contract in accordance with industry best practice across MCC Public Buildings
The authority manages and maintains a diverse property portfolio ranging from the Town Hall Complex, traditional schools, offices, accommodation and housing stock including traditional built brick and block structures to state of the art steel frame and MMC built structures.
