Progress Housing Group are seeking an experienced contractor to provide internal and external decorating services to the group, as per the attached Internal\\External specification.
This will be split into lots as follows:
Lot 1 - In Area Internal/External Decorating - Northwest Region
Lot 2 - Out of Area Internal/External Decorating - National
Contractors may bid for one or more lots
Contract term
The anticipated Contract duration is 3 years with potential for 2+2 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance.
