Bedford Borough Council (The Council) is inviting tenders for the provision of consultation assistance to the Council on HMO Licensing. The bidder is required to assist the council in demonstrating that it has considered and worked to general government expectation, to work within the expected consultation principles and demonstrate we have followed appropriate guidance.
