The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to enter in to a Framework Agreement for the provision of pathways to independence for looked after children and care leavers aged 16 to 25-year olds on the Isle of Wight. The service is to provide person-centred and outcome focussed housing related support to young people aged 16 to 25 including looked after children, care leavers and young people under the care of the Youth Offending Team who have an established local connection to the Isle of Wight.
The provision will deliver accommodation and support on the Isle of Wight which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment through flexible support packages.
