Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment and damp proofing to 3 houses in East Hartford, Northumberland, as described in the schedule of works.
Note: This is an update to the previous advertisement, correcting the date by which providers may contact the team to arrange to visit the site at East Hartford, to allow contractors to fully assess the works and take measurements to produce accurate costs.
The contractors can make an appointment with a member of the project team below and confirm attendance in two hour time slots commencing at 8:00am on 12th July. To book your slot, please contact, prior to 10th July 2023. (if this time is not convenient, the team may be able to find you an alternative appointment)
