Bristol City Council wishes to procure a contractor under a two-stage (design and construct) contract for the works. The works relate to the conversion of ground floor space within the Hawkfield Business Park main production building to create three new large tv and film studios; Back of House construction area for sets, prop stores and dimmer rooms; circulation and supporting welfare and ancillary spaces all for TBYS.
