The University is looking for a supplier to provide flooring for its Strength and Conditioning Gym, Polhill Campus Bedford
Main performance criteria is as follows (this is a mandatory requirement of the tender:
Platform flooring PLAE achieve
Main gym flooring PLAE achieve
⢠18 mm single-layer prefabricated rubber roll system suitable for main flooring and platform usage.
⢠15-year warranty.
⢠Complies with ASTM Standards for Tensile Strength (D142), Coefficient of Friction (D2047) & Skid Resistance (E303), Force Reduction and Vertical Deformation.
⢠Force Reduction (F2569) above 30% and Vertical Deformation (F2157) below 1 mm
This is against the University's standard conditions of purchase.
It is a mandatory requirement that you complete the technical questionnaire.
This tender will be evaluated 60% price/40% technical
The specification/quality of the flooring is a mandatory requirement - NO ALTERNATIVES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Your quote must be equivalent to or better than this quality of flooring.
