The salesforce licences that the council uses are Service Cloud Enterprise Edition (EE), Service Cloud Restricted (EE) - Back Office, Employee Apps and Community, Customer Community Logins and Knowledge. Using the G-Cloud 13 we can procure the salesforce licences on a framework.
