North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a partner to provide Education, Employment and Training support for children and young people with an Education Health and Care Plan and to lead a review of current provision and pathways.
Minimum Requirements:
The broad intent of the commission is to enable the provision of:
⢠A full-time post 16 SEND EET advisor to support young people with an EHCP with impartial education and careers advice with a specific remit in NEET prevention.
⢠To provide a full review of post 16 provision and pathway for young people with an EHCP. Identify demand and supply and to identify any areas of unmet need.
⢠To provide a full review of supported internships. Benchmark against other authorities and assess supply vs demand.
