This is an award of a contract for the provision of a Family Support Service in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea that ensures families accessing disabled children's social care services have access to independent support which will cover health, housing, education and social care.
The contract period is from the 1st October 2020 to the 30th September 2021. The Authority will be entitled, at its absolute discretion, to extend the contract period for a further period or periods of up to 1 year making a total possible contract period of 2 years.
