Purchase of a Laser Tool which was developed under a previous collaborative project. Following completion of the aforementioned project, elements of the Laser Tool were owned by CPI and other elements were owned by M-Solv. This is the purchase of the M-Solv elements of the toolset so it is now owned in full by CPI.
Additional information: This is a notice under the negotiated procedure without prior publication, 32.2.B.II,competition is absent for technical reasons as the original tool set was collaboratively developed and therefore no reasonable alternative or substitute exists.
