The contract is to supply a configuration specialist to develop a solution for the Fire Safety Works team, which operates at the moment largely from spreadsheets. The contractor will develop a detailed model of how the service could work in NEC Housing. Between May and July 2024, a new system will be designed in detail and implementation will start. The specialist is also responsible for the conversion of H&F's Housing letters to a new more resident friendly version within NEC.
