⢠Strip off existing metal sheet roof and replace with 'Britmet' type roofing system to R5 and flat roof system part R3
⢠Supply and install insulated roofing system to provide a min 25year guarantee
⢠Remove existing guttering and downpipes and replace them with new seamless aluminium (to match existing)
