East Herts Council owns a number of green spaces, which include highly used play areas and sports pitches that are a walkable distance to nearby town centres. Our land has good footfall which we believe provides attractive commercial trading opportunities. The opportunities relate to vending licences to sell ice cream and both hot and cold food and beverages.
