The Council is seeking to award five catering concessions contracts in Spring 2023, both mobile and kiosk units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/or the sale of ice-cream (unless otherwise stated).
Concessions would be expected to start on the first day of the license period as per the dates stated below.
A. Duisburg Way - 29.03.2023 - 01.10.2023
B. Pembroke Road Spur - 29.03.2023 - 01.10.2023
C. Eastney Corner - 05.06.23 - 31.05.2024
D. Seaview East - Clarence Esplanade - between South Parade Pier & The Briny - 29.03.2023 - 24.03.2024
E. Kiosk adjacent to Hoverport - 01.05.2023 - 28.04.2024
Deadline for requests for clarification - Friday 2nd December 2022 at 12:00
Return deadline - Thursday 8th December 2022 at 12:00
Evaluation of returns completed - Thursday 15th December 2022 5
Contracts awarded from- Monday 19th December 2022
All submissions to be submitted via In-tend by 08.12.2022
