The Walnuts shopping Centre has recently been sold to Tikehau Capital, and their development partner, Areli, is keen to engage with the Council in relation to redevelopment plans. Given the scale of this development, and the complexities that will arrive through the mixed use anticipated, the Council is keen to engage the services of a provider that has the relevant expertise and track record in this field.
