The purpose of this document is to give detailed guidance on the requirements for the annual inspection/service and maintenance of all Lightning Protection Systems and Fall Protection Systems across the groups stock inclusive of annual service and force test.â¯
This tender covers both The Riverside Group (TRG) and One Housing Group (OHG) part of TRG.â¯
We will appoint 1 contractor per lot to deliver these services across TRG/OHG Nationally.â¯
The tender is being broken into 2 lots:
Lot 1 - Fixed Fall Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National
Lot 2 - Lightning Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National
You can bid for one or both lots and can win one or both lots. If bidding for both lots you can offer a % discount if you win both lots.
