The Council is to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass external providers of a case management systems (for Legal Services) to help us better understand what solutions are available in the market and for the Council to consider the most appropriate procurement route to facilitate the purchase of a replacement system. This exercise will enable us to finalise a future service specification and potentially lead to us conducting an open and transparent tender process later this year.
