Where a property has been identified as requiring rewiring, the following works will typically be carried out as part of the rewiring:
⢠Remove existing wiring and fittings
⢠Rewiring with new fittings including earth bonding, smoke alarms, carbon
⢠monoxide alarms, etc.
⢠Renew consumer unit.
The pricing for electrical rewiring will be based upon the category of property.
