De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works:
o The works comprise of the alteration and refurbishment of toilets on the ground floor to create a new accessible, male and female toilets.
o Associated works will include the construction of new walls, replacement of sanitary fittings including toilet cubicles and vanity units, the replacement of floor coverings and ceilings, the provision of new lighting and ventilation systems, the replacement of internal doors and wall tiling to existing walls and full re-decoration.
The intended key project dates are as follows:-
Start on Site - 05/06/2023
Practical Completion - 14/07/2023
Duration - 6 Weeks
