The Provision of Cost Consultancy Services Stages 2-7 for the delivery of the Bacup Market and Union Street Public Realm

The Contracting Authority is looking for a Cost Consultant to advise the Employer's Representative on the need to employ other consultants and make recommendations for the selection of consultants and Attend monthly project progress meetings. Services are required under the following stages;

RIBA Works Stages 0/1: Strategic Definition/Preparation & Brief

RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design

RIBA Stage 3 Developed Design

RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design

RIBA Stage 5 Construction

RIBA Stage 6 Handover and Close Out
