The Secretariat wishes to establish a multi-Provider, 2-Lots Framework Agreement for the provision of General Meetings & Events Catering Services to the Secretariat. The Secretariat can hold a combination of events, with varying numbers of covers. On average, we expect there to be a combination of 200 events each year (135 basic working meetings, 40 medium events, 5 large high-profile events).
The intention is to set up a zero-value framework agreement.

The PQQ responses must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat's e-procurement portal by 12:00 noon BST on 21st August 2023. Any questions pertaining to this procurement or PQQ document must be submitted via our e-tendering portal.

The deadline for clarification questions (regarding this procurement or the PQQ document) to be submitted by bidders to the Secretariat on our e-tendering portal is 5 pm BST on 7th August 2023. The Secretariat will publish answers to clarification questions received, on our e-tendering portal.
The deadline for PQQ responses submission is 12:00 noon BST on 21st August 2023.
