This consultancy was commissioned by Derbyshire County Council (DCC) to review all parts of the Derbyshire Business Centre (DBC), with the objective to summarise recommendations for the most effective model to take advantage of utilising the Business Centre's resources for generating additional income for the Council without any detriment to the current service provision.
