Additional information: This is a direct award to a single sole supplier for this bespoke product. Previously competition routes have not been successful and our information as to the reason for is that NETfusion have a sales and technical office in the UK and only undertake direct sales and support to customers. However, if the requirement is still required in 2023 - 2024 the Home Office will hold a competition / ITT for this requirement to check whether or not this is still the case / to see if the market can supply. Also, the suppliers terms and conditions have been accepted for the supply of the requirements and are not appropriate for publication.
