Water industry reform and water company ownership models review

This consultancy project will proactively review water industry and company models (using global and cross-sectoral insights). It should inform:

• CCW's input to emerging and future conversations about a potential water industry reform that delivers improved water and wastewater service focussing on consumers in England and Wales, now and in the future.
• specific deliverables of future CCW strategies
• a potential follow up project that considers how effective consumer representation fits into likely water industry reform proposals (recommendations for its scope).
