This contract is for the Planned Maintenance, Servicing and Reactive Maintenance for Gas Distribution systems, Gas Appliances, Safety Devices, and Associated Plant at The University of Essex, Colchester, Southend - on - Sea and Loughton Campus's, including any testing, checks and emergency call outs, as required.

The contract will have an initial 3 year duration with options to extend for 2 periods of 2 years each.
