The Authority seeks to procure over a three-year term on a per event basis. The event is usually open to the public from 10am - 6pm with road closure in place between 4am to 10pm. There are a minimum two events hosted per year but this could change dependent on funding and senior leadership steer.
NER festivals are a place making exercise to create and design a vision of what a pedestrian friendly shopping and leisure experience might look like. The project will work closely with the community, businesses and people who use the space to inspire the delivery of a community asset.
