The scope of the proposed Contract includes the provision of the following:
â¢Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
â¢Rewires (full and partial)
â¢Consumer unit upgrades
â¢Electrical fans installations and replacements
â¢Full electric fire package installations
â¢Smoke alarm installations and replacements
â¢Spotlight replacements
â¢Communal aerial servicing
â¢PAT testing
â¢Lightning protection maintenance
A single Contractor is required to deliver the entire scope of the Contract.
It is envisaged that the Contract with the Successful Bidder shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at WCHG's sole discretion for up to 2 further years, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
The Contract is anticipated to commence in August 2022
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
